Syllabus Overview
4th - 12th Grade (Ages 9-18)
Figure Study level 1 focuses on students learning the basics on how to build the human form. The class practices gesture drawings to understand movement and posture, proportions to recognize size and foreshortening, and different pieces of human anatomy to have improved insight of the human form and structure.
This class will observe from references and life to better draw the human form. Students are supported to render their images with a focus on realism.

Figure Study level 2 focuses on students advancing their understanding of the human form. This class studies and recreates masters in human anatomy studies. These drawing practices push each students drawing abilities as well as their observational skills.
This class will observe from Masters copies and life to gain advanced knowledge and understanding of human structure and proportions.
