Some Charities We Support

Orangewood Foundation logo.png

The Orangewood Foundation provides resources to children and youth living in unstable or abusive conditions, providing housing, education opportunities, health and wellness checks, and life skills they will need to get a job and live on their own in the future. Orangewood also offers aid to those who have been a victim of human trafficking, providing counseling and housing through The Lighthouse Center.

As part of our Self-Publishing Children’s Book program, we donate our students’ books to the children library at CHOC. All proceeds will go toward purchasing our students’ books to donate and any profit will be donated to CHOC and the Glass Slipper Guild.

In 1946, when the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind was founded, its mission was simple: to provide guide dogs and training – free of charge – to people who were blind or visually impaired. 

Guide Dog Foundation has trained and placed guide dogs and service dogs to provide increased independence and enhanced mobility to people who are blind, have low vision, or have other disabilities.

Originally a housing project to help homeless teenage girls, Penny Lane Centers is a nonprofit organization that cares for over 3500 abused and neglected children, youth and families a month.

The National Audubon Society protects birds, animals, and the places they need throughout the Americas using science, advocacy, education, and on-the-ground conservation.
